Infotechnics, the leading software solutions provider have recently moved to a new headquarters in Aberdeen. The new HQ based at the Aberdeen Science and Technology Park, was a short move for the company, who were previously based at another campus on the Park. The new, significantly larger premises will enable the company to continue expanding after outgrowing its initial location following 2 years of major growth.
Specialising in operational logging, reporting and action tracking systems, Infotechnics solutions are used by companies in industries including oil and gas, power and chemicals to increase business efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental, safety and corporate responsibilities. Recent successes include contracts with Eon, BG Group and National Grid.
Commenting on the move, Business Development Director Jon Howard said "Infotechnics is in the fortunate position of growing and succeeding in a competitive market. The interest in, and demand for our key products Opralog and ActionBase has been significant over the last few years as organisations continually strive for operational excellence. However new contracts have required an increase in staff on the development and delivery teams and this resulted in us quickly out growing our old offices. The move has been extremely successful with the new HQ effectively accommodating our current workforce and allowing for the continued expansion we expect to see in 2009".
